From from the Triad area of North Carolina, The 7 Method(T7M) feature a heavy melodic hardcore style with relentless lyrics that revel in truth. Formed in 1999, they have shared the stage with Soil, Pillar, CYNder, 311, Alien Ant Farm, Disciple, Project 86, East West, Extol, Staple and others. They have also been a part of The Van's Warped Tour and Cornerstone Festivals.
