Yaves Ellis AKA Street Pastor (a name given to him by his peers) began using rap to educate, motivate, and inspire youth, at the age of nine. Performing for numerous audiences from Ohio to New Jersey and as far south as Selma, Alabama. Street Pastor soon became a seasoned, and powerful artist.

Taking life experiences and words from the scriptures, Street Pastor creates a sound that will not only make the listener nod their head to the beat, but produces a message that will impart wisdom into the hearts of men thus creating an openness to change.

Realizing that the youth of this nation are dying in rapid numbers, Street Pastor uses his gift of music to build self-awareness in today's teenagers and speak proverbs that teach listeners to live life skillfully.

Street Pastor has served as Youth Minister for 9 years. God has moved his ministry to the streets and various venues around the country.
