Victor Joseph Mignogna (Italian Name: Vittorio Giuseppe Mignogna) (born August 27 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania) is a prolific American voice actor who has done voice work for dozens of anime series, movies, and video games.

He loves to direct, edit and photoshop and has his own home recording studio, where he produces his own CDs.
