Recession is an indie band based in Pittsburgh. Consisting of Brad (vocals, piano), Nick (vocals, guitar), Bryan (bass), Brian (guitar), and Kevin (drums), Recession seeks to create music with a fresh sound, imitating none, although their musical influences range from the Fray, Death Cab for Cutie, Muse, and Radiohead. They recorded an EP in Nashville in fall 2007.
