BRITTANY TURNER From the time she could walk, Brittany has been singing for Jesus. Carrying her little brown tape recorder around through the house, she filled the air with song....and love. Born March 30th, 1989 in Silver Springs, Maryland, Brittany spent the majority of her childhood in Phoenix, Arizona before moving back to Maryland with her family in 2000. She now resides on Kent Island in Maryland where she graduated Kent Island High School in 2007 and now attends Anne Arundel CC and will transfer in spring 2008 to Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA to major in Film. Brittany is a talented and inspired musician, playing both the piano and violin and writing much of the music that Beyond The Veil performs. Together with her mom, Stephanie, they have written lyrics that are a testament of the love of God in troubled times. Eventually, she hopes to go into the full-time ministry, serving God with her talents.
MIRIAH TURNER As the middle member of Beyond The Veil, Miriah has enjoyed the challenge of singing with her sister for many years. Her ability to complete the "perfect harmony" of the inspiring sound of this group has given her the opportunity to expand her musical abilities in many exciting ways. A drummer at heart, Miriah has the gift of singing background vocals and tight harmonies on many of the songs that Brittany has written, having a hand herself in much of the arrangements. Born in Phoenix, Arizona on April 17, 1991, Miriah has been singing actively since her move to Kent Island, Maryland in 2000. When not attending school at Kent Island High School or playing soccer, Miriah spends time working with her sister Brittany on her other passion--making music for the Lord.
SIERRA TURNER The talented and energetic youngest sister has recently joined Beyond the Veil. With amazing harmony, her backup vocals have added a new dimension to the complex arrangements this group performs. Born May 29, 1995, Sierra is active in her middle school choir, when she is not busy using her talents to glorify the Lord.
