New Zealand-based modern worshipers Parachute Band paints a new musical canvas with the release of Technicolor, offering up a dozen fresh new worship songs from some of the world s best songwriters. Technicolor is the follow-up to the 2007 critically-acclaimed Roadmaps and Revelations, which had marked the debut of the re-fashioned Parachute Band, made up of Omega Levine (vocals), Sam de Jong (drums), Rhys Machell (bass) Alister Wood (keyboards) and Simon Moore (guitars). Technicolor captures the electrifying and energetic sounds and songs of the New Zealand church. The songs were written with a deep passion about transforming ones life to that of a Christian. From Come to the River to Living Rain, the songs express liberty in being washed in the revitalizing and refreshing water of God. The term technicolor comes from the three-strip color prism which is parallel to the three-step process of a Christian described by bandmember Sam de Jong:Technicolor is about people coming to God, getting washed again, ridding themselves of their sin, and being washed and flaming with color.

Come to the River, Another great one for the New Zealand Boys. There music is better and better they keep on pointing us to God. Coming back from the middle of nowhere and seeing them play there new album was loving worship.
