More of the Same Awesome Rock From An Awesome Band | Posted January 26, 2008
After Phenomenon Thousand Foot Krutch returns with The Art of Breaking. The band toned and slowed down for this album but it works for them as well. Throughout the 11 tracks on this album you'll hear a bit of Thousand Foot Krutch's signature sound. The drumming is awesome and the album is solid.

The Art of Confusing | Posted October 15, 2007
This album sort of confused me. The sound really reminded me of FM Static but with an edgy, almost metal twist. And of course, the pop sound of FM Static and metal really don't go together well. 'Art of Breaking' and 'Hit The Floor' are two of my favorites but they soon got very tiresome and made me a little uneasy, as most other metal bands. I honestly think that they needed more songs like 'Breathe You In' because that's what really made the album for me. Needless to say, I don't really like the sound in this album but maybe that will change...maybe.

Great album. I kind of wish they had some rapping in this one like previous albums. but it's still a great CD.

if only it were a little harder.... | Posted August 24, 2007
i really really like tfk, but this album isn't as hard as phenomenon and set it off. i still love the album, i just wish it were as hard as the other two.

Not bad | Posted July 17, 2007
I wouldn't say this is the greatest CD ever. But it's by far not the worst. Most of the songs kinda give you the "get up and go school someone" feel. (or maybe that's just me haha)

It's the same energy, same rock feeling you get from all of TFK's stuff. So if you're a TFK fan, definitely go and get this CD.

I'd say "Breathe You In" has the best lyrics on this disc.
