i had the oppurtunity to see tobymac live and he was great
he played several songs from this cd and several "oldies"
but i love the songs on this cd.
this is a dancing cd for sure.

Ha! I think I love this album! I especially love that Mandisa was on it! She's one of my favorites! I think she should've won on American Idol(her or Daughtery-sorry, I forgot how to spell his name.). My son(Timmy)loves the song that tobyMac's son(TruDog)sings(raps)on! I'm actually listening to it right at this moment; and he stopped playing his Jango Fett game-and came over to sit on my lap and have a listen! :) In addition, if I remember correctly-we just saw a movie-sorry my mind escapes me-(it came to the cheap theatres-the Disney Football movie w/ The Rock)that had "Feelin' So Fly" in it! I was so excited for tobyMac; even though I bet they'be been in other major motion pictures! :) Yep, I really do love this cd-I even wrote down the first song on this awesome CD(One World)after I heard it on the radio cause I liked it SO much! Well, so sorry for all the run-on sentences...Bye...for...now...til next time...Me! :)(Sorry, it's like 4:55 AM and bad me hasn't gone to sleep for the night yet-again.)

Portable Sounds is the coolest album out. All of his songs off this album have been played over and over on my i-pod. All of the songs are my favorites but the ones I love the most are Boomin' and Feelin' So Fly. I recently bought the Deluxe Edititon and it has TobyMac's videos. People you've got to love this album

I've never been a huge rap/hip hop fan, but I love tobyMac and I love this CD. It ROCKS! My favorite songs have got to be "Boomin'" and "Made to Love."

I basically grew up on DC Talk, some of my first memories are of me and my parents rocking out to songs like 'Jesus Freak' and 'So Help Me God.' But when Tobymac went out on his own, I didn't hear much of him until a couple months ago. I listened to his newest album and it's amazing, as are all of his albums. 'Boomin'' and 'Ignition' are great songs to rock out to and 'Made to Love' and 'Lose My Soul' adds a soft touch to the mix. All of the songs on the album are completely God glorifying and that's becoming a little hard to find. So if you love rockin' for Jesus, you know which album to get.
