'Rise of ATLantis' is an autobiographical tale about J.Nolan's upbringing in the city of Atlanta since his family settled there in 1998. It goes into great detail about the personal experiences that shaped him into the man he currently is and serves as a dedication to the artists like OutKast, Goodie Mob, T.I., etc that legitimized Atlanta as an early home base for good music. Although the city is now popular for the trap sound, J.Nolan's goal is to deliver a sense of diversity and showcase the fact that music of substance can still stand up commercially without sacrificing his artistic integrity.
