Savior of the World was recorded live at the 2007 Planetshakers conference in Melbourne, Australia. The album is also available on DVD. The album features live versions of 2 songs from previous studio album Never Stop (So in love with you, Jesus) as well as 11 new songs.

This release contains some good tracks and I love the strong praise and worship focus throughout. Some of the songs didn't inspire me at the level that songs on the bands later releases have, but I would still rate this release as very good overall.

Planetshakers does it again with Saviour of the World. In this release, they really step things up. Opening with Praise Him, it really gets the listener ready for great worship. The album is filled with catchy lyrics and melodies, expressed in emotional hit Healer. The simple yet powerful lyric I believe Your my healer brings the listener into the presence as if they were at the service. Great for anyone who loves good worship!
