It's no secret, and it's certainly not a formula, but there's an increasingly well-worn path for worship leaders coming from the UK. For Matt Redman and Tim Hughes that journey started when each of them in turn oversaw worship at Soul Survivor - Europe's largest worship, teaching and ministry conference for young people.
