Air Five's fresh approach to both music and performing is evident as their music journeys through a deluge of human emotion. From conquering the shackles of hopelessness in Hold My Hand to surrendering yourself to the Creator's will in Write My Story, to the powerful declaration of Here's Me Letting Go, the band delivers infectious harmonies alongside a rock infused pop bounce, akin to bands like Relient K, The Police, Blink 182 and New Found Glory, while carefully establishing their own identity in today's crowded music scene.
Air Five's debut national release "Write My Story" on Audio Frenzy Records (Infinity Music Distribution) captures snapshots of life. "We love music, and we want to use it to reach others and make a positive difference in the world". I think a lot of people relate to that. We are all Christian guys but we don't feel like it's our calling to preach at people. We simply want to be light to anyone who doesn't know Jesus." The disc was produced by former Audio A member / Dove & Grammy winner Barry Blair (Bleach, Candlefuse) and mixed by Dove & Grammy "Producer of the Year" nominee Brian Hardin (Manic Drive, Paul Alan, Jill Parr, These Five Down).
"Open Season", the current single, is now spinning on Christian rock radio while a mainstream college radio campaign is underway in the US and Canada. Air Five has appeared with Jeremy Camp, Decyfer Down, Day of Fire, Krystal Meyers, Eleventyseven, Jill Parr, Last Tuesday and others. "We really believe in Write My Story and its potential to connect with people from all walks of life. "When people listen to our album, I hope they have fun, cry, laugh, and relate. We hope it speaks to them in whatever way they need it to."
AIR FIVE provides sound/lights/engineer for shows for an additional fee for venues seating up to 1,000. Be our friends at MySpace, shoutlife and purevolume!
