Maddie Rey was born on July 17, 1998, and is the oldest child of Pastor Luis and Tricia Reyes, founders and Senior Pastors of Church of Joy, Home of Sidewalk Sunday School. As a pastor’s daughter, Maddie Rey has always felt at home in ministry. From the moment she could walk, she participated in ministry whether she was riding the church bus with her mother and father as they picked up kids for church or spending time at Christmas to wrap gifts for at risk-children.

Today, Maddie Rey is a vibrant young teenager on fire for God!  She stars in an online T.V. show called "The Maddie Rey Show" where she teaches young people to live out loud for Jesus through music videos, puppets, and a creative gospel message.  Maddie Rey has also just completed her third album entitled "Overflow" set to drop June 14th.

Beyond the music and television show, Maddie Rey is down to earth and is passionate about her relationship with Christ and being an example to others. Letters and testimonies pour in from parents whose children have been impacted by meeting Maddie Rey and watching her give her all for Christ. According to Maddie Rey, the greatest testimony “is to stay in the church and never leave…you don't have to grow up in church and go out into the world then come back." Maddie Rey’s heart is to draw others to know and to love Jesus Christ!”
