Popple began in 2004 when college student Daniel Harms and recent college-graduate-turned-youth-minister Kyle Heimann combined a shared love for music and faith and formed a two-man acoustic-humor-rock band performing at coffee shops, churches and youth retreats in their small Indiana town. In a make-shift bedroom recording studio they produced their first CD and began selling it at local concerts for $4.

They have come a long way since then; performing more than 150 dates per year. Kyle and Dan have led retreats and performed for groups ranging from five to 5000 people.
