Well what can I say. The album was a christmas album but it can also be classified as a worship album, why? because it just leads to worship. Our church ABC loves angus dei and I tell you we still sing this song up today. I remember when one of my sister-in-law joined our church, she was like "you guys are a little MWS of your own, because your praise and worship pratically just sings MWS songs". That is how much your music has inspired us Smitty! keep blessing us, to worship the Lord more.

This Christmas release seemed very different from what MWS has released previously. This album moves away from the standard CCM sound and has more of a theatrical feel/sound overall with orchestra and choir. My first impressions were that it didn't remind me specifically of Christmas, but more of a Christian themed winter season release. It has consistently sold very well around the holidays and is a great addition to Michael's extensive catalog.

my favorite song on this album is Anthem For Christmas, and i love Smitty's rendition of Gloria, it has a great catchy tune, and i don't have to stretch it out, or run out of breath!
