This book chronicles Ashley's journey as she seeks God, while dealing with family nuances as a child... and then later as a young adult experimenting with alcohol, drugs, sex, and how that affects her own relationship with her daughter. I will not spoil the book 4 u by telling the ending, however I do encourage u 2 read this well written story while listening 2 her music. Her music style tells her story--a blues/gospel style, with a little rock thrown in. I enjoyed this book very much & highly recommend it.
