Recently on social media, singer/songwriter Jamie Grace announced that she has a brand new book releasing on October 13 called, "Finding Quiet: My Journey to Peace in an Anxious World."
"There will be a formal announcement soon, as there is an amazing team working behind the scenes but Y'ALL!!! I signed a BOOK DEAL!!!! On October 13, my new book 'Finding Quiet' comes out -- it's actually available for preorder on Amazon, now!" Jamie shared. "This book started as a journal to combatting anxiousness and managing my anxiety, and with the encouragement of my family is now a full-on BOOK."
Jamie's new book is about her struggles with anxiety, Tourette syndrome, OCD, ADHD, and later her inner battles with panic attacks and self-harm. In her new book, she shares how there is "a way to acknowledge the struggles and learn how to manage the things that trigger us while believing in the promises and goodness of God," and how she is "leaning into the journey God has led her on."
