I love this album. The album draws significant inspiration from jazz and R&B, resulting in a predominantly slower-paced project. This might pose a challenge for fans of the energetic, aggressive rap style prevalent in today's hip-hop, including the Christian hip-hop domain. Despite this potential drawback, Murray manages to excel. Instead of opting for an easy route by emulating an underground sound that could accommodate this vibe, he showcases his instrumental prowess, fusing genres and infusing his unique voice to produce a distinctive sound. Murray demonstrates a talent for patience, presenting a high-caliber product with a meaningful message.
