This is a job well done by Skillet. The songs have solid Christian lyrics and the instruments are rocking out. The album as a whole really tells a story. Jesus Christ is our Hero that died on the cross so we can be cleansed of our sins and saved from that Monster. As Christians, our souls are Awake and Alive so we can live our lives to give glory to God in everything we do. (refer to 1 Cor. 10:31) It has multiple hits and that is rare in one album.
