It's so true | Posted September 06, 2025
It's so true that missing even a little bit can feel like you're behind. When I'm feeling scattered and like I can't focus during a lecture (or when I'm trying to write!), sometimes I'll actually do a quick sudoku puzzle to reset my brain. It forces me to concentrate on something specific and then I feel like I can come back to the task at hand with a clearer head. It's surprisingly effective, even if I mess up a few times and have to start over. Thanks for the reminder about the importance of catching everything in real-time!
