Metalcore band Demon Hunter has announced their upcoming There Was A Light Here tour that kicks off this April with special guests Convictions and Cultists. The tour is named for their most recent album, which has gained over a million views and streams since its release on September 12, 2025.
The album dives into grief, pain, and loss. Many of the lyrics came from the sorrow that lead singer Ryan Clark felt after the passing of his mother.
One of their songs from the album, "Sorrow Light The Way," has been nominated for the Rock/Alternative Song of the Year at the 14th Annual We Love Christian Music Awards. You can vote for them until February 20 at https://nrt.cc/WLA14Vote.
