Matty Mullins is well-known for being the lead vocalist for the faith-based metal band Memphis May Fire, but also has two solo albums under his belt that are much more contemporary. His last solo release was in 2017 with Unstoppable, and now he appears to be at it again. His new single is titled "No Hold On Me" and is a up-beat song with encouraging lyrics. The chorus says:
"No more shackles on my feet
The devil's got no hold on me
Jesus blood has set me free
The devil's got no hold on me"
There is currently no news at the time of writing of an official album on the way, but it is expected.
Mullin's first solo album is titled Matty Mullins and was released in 2014 with Rise Records. It featured hit songs such as "My Dear", "99% Soul", and "Glory". He followed up with his sophomore solo album Unstoppable in 2017 by BEC Records. It featured hit songs such as "Say It All", "Unstoppable (feat. Jordan Feliz)", and "Christ Be Magnified." Matty Mullins has stayed faithful to his band in Memphis May Fire, recording and making music with them as well as his solo content. He also contributes to several artists each year with collaborations and guest vocals on songs.
