Jon Foreman has released "Run Free (Mt. Soledad Sunrise)," a new version of a track from The Wonderlands that has been reinvented for his 25 in 24 film.
"It's a tune inspired by one of my favorite moments in the film," Jon Foreman explained to his email list subscribers. "This was the 21st of the 25 shows, and by that time, our roving community had grown and dawn was upon us. We sang "Your Love Is Strong" atop one of the most iconic hilltops in San Diego, and when the song ended, no one moved a muscle. No one applauded. No one talked. It was as if every single human soul was independently caught up in the moment, and now stood silent watching the sunrise. 'Run Free (Mt Soledad Sunrise)' is my attempt to capture the essence of that moment."
