Dominion is Randy Alcorn's best fiction book ever and the best mystery ever. It follows up Deadline beautifully and presents the reader with a slowly unfolding mystery. The story follows the like of Clarence, Jake's friend, and his family. As expected, Alcorn continues fictionizing life in heaven. The main issues of the story is gang violence, racial discrimination, and abortion. The characters are well developed and well presented. The mystery itself is not clear cut or simple for the good guys to unravel and the bad guys are never who you think they are. Throughout the storyline, Alcorn is clever enough to throw in history lessons about the Black Leagues and other fictional family history. Though it is the longest book I've ever read, the ending was worth the wait. 10 stars
