After releasing his first full-length album in 2021, pop artist Jervis Campbell has grown in popularity in Christian music with his folk/pop sound and thoughtful, relatable lyrics. Over the last few years, he's collaborated on songs with other Christian artists such as Josiah Queen, Rend Collective, and Andrew Ripp. His latest album, Good Grief!, released in 2025, is one that stays on repeat for me. 

I first heard Jervis Campbell's music a few years ago as a suggested artist through Spotify, and I was hooked. His soul-felt lyrics drew me in, and he's been one of my favorite artists ever since. If you're new to Jervis Campbell's music, I've compiled a list of some of his top songs. 

"Make Your Move"

This is the first Jervis Campbell song I ever heard. The lyric "I'm gonna fight to put my trust in you" hit me when I was struggling to trust God. It's a song about trusting Him even when it's hard. Trust doesn't always come easy. Sometimes it's hard, and we have to fight against our feelings to put our trust in Him.

"stuck in these clouds"

This is one of his most popular songs from Good Grief!. It's about going through hard times and asking God for help. Despite the song's deep message, it's upbeat and will easily become one of your favorites.  

"Lost"

Being lost isn't always a bad thing. It's wonderful when we're lost in God's love, which is exactly what this song is about. We get lost when we search for other things we think will fill us, but they ultimately leave us empty. Being lost in God's love will always leave us filled.

"belief"

"belief" is Jervis Campbell's latest single, released in 2026. It emphasizes the need to focus less on ourselves and more on God. When we focus on Him instead of ourselves, belief and trust come more naturally. 

"good grief!"

This is one of Jervis Campbell's more vulnerable and emotional songs. The verses are about enduring trials that ultimately lead to grief, while the chorus paints a picture of God urging you not to give up on Him. Sometimes trials pull us away from God, but this song reminds us not to give up on Him. He will never leave us, no matter what we're going through, even when we question why.

"Praise Him Forever"

One of my favorite things about Jervis Campbell's music is that some of his songs are about relatable aspects of life, while others lean more toward the worship side. "Praise Him Forever" is a worship-style song that focuses on praising God for who He is and what He has done.
