I Love Game Of Life

Appeared at the end of August on Steam One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 collected a bunch of positive reviews and broke into the top sales - in general, repeated the "feats" of Dragon Ball: Xenoverse . I'm sure the audience will also warmly welcome the approaching Saint Seiya: Soldiers 'Soul - Knights of the Zodiac : the thing is that fighting jogos games and beat' em up based on anime on the PC are a novelty and they are ready to be carried on hand, forgiving obvious flaws. Till.
The plot in Pirate Warriors 3 , like the first part of the series, tells about the adventures of Munkie D. Luffy and his carbon monoxide pirate team from the very beginning. For those who are not familiar with the original manga of Eiichiro Oda or the anime series, I recall: in the courtyard the Age of Pirates, and the main goal of the search for sea robbers is the mysterious treasure One Piece, concealed by the legendary Gol D. Roger on a far-distant island Raftel.
The protagonist, Luffy, has an interesting ability - he has a rubber body. A guy can swell up like a balloon and "kick off" the cannonballs or stretch out his arms / legs and clobber enemies at a distance. Visually, by the way, Luffy and other things are far from the original designs - the details are not enough, the animation is rude, the clips on the engine are rare, and generally similar to the "plastic" dummies place on some "portable". But we have to put up with meager graphics - thanks to the developers and the fact that they did not set a limit of 30 fps.
Nuclear color gamut and a large selection of heroes, reminiscent of either punks, or metal people from the 1970s-1980s, are not able to brighten up the disappointment from the monotonous gameplay. Being a third-person action shooter, Pirate Warriors 3nevertheless has nothing to do with the glorious Spikeout or the upcoming Crows: Burning Edge . Its roots go to Dynasty Warriors.
Each level, furnished with nondescript scenery, well-known by anime, contains several "rooms" with streets. Everywhere there are swarms of enemy pirates (or, for example, naval patrols - how the plot map lies) - stupid "meat" that we destroy in droves. There are also commanders; with them a little bit more. On the opponents running along the streets you can not look back - the main thing is to seize the "rooms". Clearing them of enemies, you get access to the "boss" level. In the role of the latter is the famous opponent Luffy from anime like Crocodile or Enel. Slightly diversify the process of the task from the category of "pulls for the lever," issued during the mission conditions (not allow the death of comrades, accompany Chopper!), And a small load on the brain - we have to plan in which order to take the territory and to which of the friends to rush to help in the first place.
The combat system is incredibly simple: the standard strong and weak attacks, the unique action for each hero, the special attack (becomes available on filling the scale) and Kizuna Rush - the state in which we enter along with the partners and begin to rush around the level at the speed of light, to the right and to the left handing out murderous cuffs. Of the protective actions, one "dash" is proposed, often helping to avoid hitting.
It is better not to go to tasks without having the necessary "level", otherwise you will have to start the mission again and again. Primitive "pumping" is available for money (knocking them out of the "meat", looking for chests at levels) and collectible coins (kicked out of dangerous opponents). If you leave behind the scenes sketches, the stages do not differ much - only the scenery and the location of the "rooms". The gameplay for Luffy and his players is also very similar - only on the arrows Frankie and Usoppe you can breathe out: "Well, finally something new!"
In Pirate Warriors 3developers have expanded the number of characters and locations, have shown increased attention to all sorts of things (the loving chef of Sandzi, for example, it's better not to take on a mission where you have to fight with female characters), called on the voiceovers of original seiyu - in short, . They also focus on the Dream Log mode, where you can go along with your beloved Luffy / Zoro / Usopp on a journey that is not related to the storyline. Lucky for you, fans.
Frankly weak in both the jogos friv gameplay and the beat 'em up. If it were not for a popular license, it would hardly have been noticed by someone.
Pros: careful attitude to the original. Cons: monotonous missions; Bosses without raisins; from the enemies blood does not lash (only tears); outdated graphics; technical flaws (a problem with preservation). View All Music And Book Reviews By | View 's Profile
