Entering a crowed scene

I give this CD 4 stars based on the effort it took to jump into a scene that is already crowed with well established acts such as TFK, Pillar, Kutless, Disciple, Skillet, and the up and coming Decyfer Down. Will the EtF does have their own sound, they can tend to sound like many of the bands I mentioned. "Break Away," and "Here to Stay" (the beginning two songs) are evidence of that. However, it is the lyrics and the vocal delivery on "A Life Less Loved," and the title song "Bloodline" are what make Etf different. I enjoyed this album, but mostly because it is not any different that what I listen to. Great addition for the fans of TFK, Pillar, and Decyfer Down.
