Christian hard rock band Scarlet White is turning to their fans to keep their show on the road.
The Michigan-based independent rock group has played extensively in their area, but will be bringing their music ministry to a broader audience this fall through this year's installment of Seventh Day Slumber's Small Town America Tour. In order to make that happen, members Spencer Minor (vocals), Dan Hall (guitar), Jacob Hendricks (drums) and Erica Hendricks (bass) are calling on fans with a kickstarter campaign.
"Our adventures will take us across 15,370+ miles of this BIG country, which, if you do the math will cost approximately $4200 in gas," the group shared on the kickstarter page, joking "We could walk it... it would only take about 5,123 days."
The creative kickstarter campaign is built around the idea of inviting fans to be part of the "construction crew" building a "road-worthy Scarlet White." The "wages" include everything from music to merch to a tattoo from vocalist Spencer Minor (don't worry, he's experienced).
