Better Than I Found It, the non-profit organization founded by American Idol alum and three-time GRAMMY nominee Danny Gokey, has announced their special "Bus Stop" Giveback event supporting local New Jersey non-profit hearts+homes, providing them with a new Box Truck, along with To Go Tool Bags gifted by Danny's fans, to support families in need in Cranbury, New Jersey.
 
"It's always great to give used furniture to someone in need, but hearts+homes has taken that to a whole other level," said Gokey. "When I heard about how they take a house and make it a home for a family in need, I knew we had to do something for them. I can't wait to surprise them."
 
During the Giveback event, Better Than I Found It presented hearts+homes with a new Box Truck, allowing them to transport furniture to families in need, as well as To Go Tool Bags gifted by Danny's fans. hearts+homes will also be celebrating their 4th birthday as an organization at this special event. hearts+homes provides beautiful, gently used furnishing and home goods to qualified, special-circumstance families, including underemployed, single moms, families emerging from crises like homelessness and domestic violence, and refugees and immigrants settling into New Jersey's Mercer and Middlesex counties.
