Over the weekend, NEEDTOBREATHE and Switchfoot shared the stage on ABC's The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration show. They played their latest holiday single, "Hometown Christmas," in front of the Cinderella Castle at Walt Disney World.
