In the late hours of September 22, Reach Records' Andy Mineo was forced to delay the release of Never Land II for a second consecutive week. Originally, the fourth studio album and sequel to the 2014 EP Never Land was set to drop on September 17. Now, Mineo has announced a release date of October 1. Check out his Instagram IGTV video announcement of the delay and the reason behind the decision.
Mineo details Reach Records is experiencing clearance concerns with the third track off the forthcoming album titled, "Been About It", featuring Lecrae and the video they shot for the track. As it stands, the track needs to be re-recorded before the album can be released. Also, Mineo had physical copies of the album pressed and a pre-order link went live today (September 22) for the physicals. However, they cannot be used due to the recent development related to the song in question.
