Journey Worship Co. just released their fourth and final single before their upcoming debut live album. "Precious Jesus" is a raw, contemplative song that points to Jesus. When writing the song, one of the writer's worship mentors had just tragically taken his own life. In the wake of that devastating news, "Precious Jesus" came to life. The heart behind the song is that if Jesus can calm seas, He can bring peace to us. If He can conquer death, He can sustain us in whatever we're facing.
Journey Worship Co. has also been producing video content. The band recently released the music video for their song "Come to the Lord." The song is a modern hymn, and the music video was appropriately shot in the beautiful Wightman Chapel in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Other artists such as Crowder, Andrew Peterson, and Taylor Swift have also used this particular chapel for previous music videos. You can watch the video by clicking here.
Journey Worship Co.'s long-awaited debut live album is set to release on August 27. This album consists of ten original songs and two hymns. All of the songs were written within the walls of The Journey Church in Lebanon, Tennessee for the purpose of congregational singing. These songs are full of the truths of scripture and they're filled with singable and memorable melodies.
