Recently, Matt Hammitt and his wife Sarah celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. Matt Hammitt is most notably the former lead singer of Sanctus Real. After finding himself in one of the most popular Christian bands of the early 2010s and racking up multiple GRAMMY & Dove Award nominations, Matt departed the band to lead his family and focus on his growth as a father, husband, & man of faith.
"Sarah, I’m so grateful we’ve braved the lows together, and am beyond blessed by all of our victories, including this milestone anniversary we celebrate today," Matt posted in a beautiful tribute to his wife. "I’m amazed at how God is making a masterpiece of our humble marriage and using our messes to help others. I love you, and I’m so thankful we’re in this together. The next 20 years will be beyond epic. I just know it."
