This isn't the first time the Johnson family has adopted, as they also adopted a baby in mid-2017 named Ryder. In their adoption story video on YouTube, they shared, "If you've ever considered adoption, I encourage you to ask the Holy Spirit about finding the perfect child and perfect timing. He will do it!"
