Nine Lashes Unveils Second Single Of 2020, "Shadows"
Band continues comeback with follow up to previous single "Guilty Hands"

Nine Lashes has released their 2nd single of 2020 in anticipation for a possible new album. The new single is called "Shadows," and was released with an accompanying lyric video. "Shadows" is about resisting the shadows, or sinful areas, of life - the bridge sings a convicting line, They hide in the deepest darkest place they can find/For they are lovers of their sin/Their crimes arise announcing their guilt. This bridge makes the chorus' message even stronger, which is calling for us to resist the darkness around us: Don't let the darkness in/We'll burn our shadows.
Nine Lashes were at the front-lines of the Christian rock scene of the 2010's, and have millions of streams across all streaming platforms over four albums. Their last album, Ascend, was released in 2016, but afterwards they went quiet. Nine Lashes returned with a powerful new single called "Guilty Hands" in May 2020.
