GRAMMY® nominated, RIAA Certified Gold-selling rock band RED releases The Evening Hate EP today (Nov. 1) via RED ENTERTAINMENT / The Fuel Music to digital retail and streaming outlets worldwide through https://the-fuel-music.lnk.to/eveninghateep. The 5-track EP features the lead single and title song, as well as follow-up single, "From The Ashes," which is being heard today on SiriusXM Octane, hardDrive XL and more radio outlets internationally.
"'From the Ashes' reflects on where our minds can go when we've hit the bottom," says RED bassist Randy Armstrong. "You've been written off, left out in the cold because the world doesn't care about your situation and nothing in the past matters much today. It's about having the motivation to rise and turn your failure and mistakes into success and survival."
Along with spinning the new single, SiriusXM Octane and hardDrive XL recently invited RED into their studios in New York to record interviews and play live acoustic versions of "From The Ashes" and "Hemorrhage," the band's cover of Fuel's No. 1 hit song that is featured on The Evening Hate EP.
While in New York, the band further stopped by Loudwire to record an "Off The Record" interview that premieres today on Loudwire.com.
RED, comprised of Michael Barnes (vocals), identical twin brothers Anthony (guitars) and Randy Armstrong, and Dan Johnson (drums), will take "The Evening Hate," "From The Ashes" and a bevy of its No. 1 hits and fan favorites on the road. The band joins In Flames for a 34-city major market tour across the US and Canada beginning tomorrow.
