Following the heartbreaking and unexpected loss of TobyMac's oldest son Truett last week, Toby and his family have launched a foundation in honor of Truett's life, and his love for music.
The "Truett Foster Foundation" is designed to give kids an education to pursue their dreams in music. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for fans and friends to donate to the foundation.
"Too many children do not have the financial ability to pursue their dreams. We want to use this fund to help kids do just that," the description of the foundation says. "To get an education -- to pursue music -- to get the chance to chase their dreams. Truett would love that."
