RED recently published a 12-minute video on their socials to communicate the future of the band directly to their fans and provide assurance that the next chapter of RED is coming soon. In the video, Randy, Micahel, and Anthony announced that they are leaving their record label home of 12 years, Provident Label Group, and moving forward on their own label and independent team. The band has continued to write and is getting ready to record their seventh studio album but are planning to release new songs every 6-8 weeks starting this spring.
The band also announced a GoFundMe campaign to help get their independent career and new album off the ground and a new tour that is coming in the Fall of 2019.
Finally, Dan Johnson, the band's current drummer, has officially joined the band making RED a four-piece group.
