"At a time when so much of our life and relationships are lived in the virtual realm of the internet where everyone tweaks, curates and face tunes themselves to the perfect persona they want people to see, where every second post is some slanted political propaganda or an ad telling you what you need or who you need to be, I think it's easy for us to lose ourselves, and the lines between reality and fiction can get blurred. This is a song about fighting to stay true to who you are and who you're called to be," lead singer Brad Dring says of the inspiration behind the new song.
Set to release January 15th, the upcoming concept EP Ignition was inspired by the new William Hawk novel of the same name. The book hit shelves last week, with Rapture Ruckus releasing one more single early next month before the EP drops.
