Just in time for the holiday season,
Scott Stapp has announced the birth of his and wife Jaclyn's newborn son.
In a
December 6 tweet, Stapp shared that "with grateful hearts, Jaclyn and I welcome our little gift from God." They have named their son Anthony Issa Stapp. The tweet includes a link to exclusive photos published by
People.com, who was also the first publication to announce that the couple was expecting.
Scott Stapp has released two records as a solo artist in addition to the legendary Creed catalogue. Most recently he has been working with American rock supergroup Art of Anarchy, which features Stapp on vocals, guitarist Ron Thal of Guns 'N Roses and bassist John Moyer of Disturbed.
