Singer/songwriter Mark Wagner is slated to bow
Love & Be Loved, his STORYSONG Music solo debut, this Friday.
Love & Be Loved also marks the label's first solo artist release following 2013's
STORYSONG Volume 1 compilation, and 2015's multi-artist project, OrphanSong. As with previous projects, 100% of sales will benefit STORYSONG, an organization which raises awareness and funds to support orphan education in Africa. Releasing exclusively through digital outlets, Love & Be Loved is currently available for pre-order on
iTunes.
Merging pop beats with a healthy dose of soul, Wagner--who co-founded and helms STORYSONG Music--infuses his signature lyrical depth into a compelling six-track set produced by Mitch Dane (
Jars of Clay,
JJ Heller) and mastered by Jars of Clay's Matt Odmark.
Love & Be Loved dually showcases Wagner's passion for music and his heartbeat for the least of these.
