The Rocket Summer (brainchild of one man band Bryce Avary) has been off the road for several months now crafting new music, and today it was announced that the results of the hiatus will soon be released to the world.
The Rocket Summer is partnering with pledgemusic to create a special fan-centric preorder process. Packages include standard items like signed CDs and vinyls alongside unique items like a disposable camera Bryce promises to fill up himself and a chance to play cowbell on stage. All of the packages give fans access to exclusive updates as release date near.
In the official announcement video, Bryce says he expects this album to be "pivotal," with his months in seclusion working on the album providing the space for him to craft something new and unique. More information about the album, including the title and official release date, will be released soon, along with details of an upcoming headlining tour.
