Does God have favorites? If not, then what is it that affects the way He deals with us? Is there more to Christianity than the dos and don'ts of religion? How can we live above the line and why should we want to?
The Cloud and the Line addresses these questions by unpacking six Kingdom Principles that teach readers how to think rather than what to think. Presenting alternative thoughts on religion, this book is geared toward those seeking more than a ‘Christianized’ version of life – those who want to really know the heart of our King. Using the core teachings of Christ, author and speaker Paul Clayton Gibbs challenges readers to examine why they follow Jesus and exhorts them to pursue God's dream rather than just a ‘Christianized’ version of worldly dreams.
Written in the author’s unique, thought-provoking style, this second book of the Kingdom Trilogy does not simply touch surface issues – it will fundamentally re-shape your approach to your faith, your choices, and your God.

Your heart will be ready to move by the time you finish the first word of the book. I promise it is captivating and it will be finished in one night. I hope you all enjoy it.
The Cloud and the Line is a very engaging and insightful book. The questions that are investigated help to uncover the heart of God and the desire He has for us. This book invites the reader to come along on this journey as it digs deeper into the Father’s heart distinguishing between religion and faith. Ultimately I would recommend this book to anyone who desires to see day-to-day questions we ask through God’s eyes rather than our own, strives to be an instrument in the furthering of the Kingdom of God, and yearns to be captivated by a renewed love for the Father.

A Transformational Book| Posted November 02, 2011
The Cloud and the Line is an easy read with the author's engaging style and quick wit. But there are many deep thoughts to ponder over. The premise of the book is a search for God's intention, His heart behind core teachings of the Bible. Rather than conforming to religiosity, current culture, or 'Christianized' thinking, you will be inspired to live with a Kingdom mindset--one that looks beyond the "line" of rules and regulations and into the "cloud" which represents the heart of God.
