My background is originally in film, TV, and theatre. I love the creative arts, and have now moved into several areas of Christian creativity. In 2019 I started songwriting & soon after started singing again.

I love helping others. I have over 15 years of experience as a qualified personal trainer and fitness coach. I love to see individuals find balance in their lives through the right exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle. I have recently launched a faith and fitness brand for women called She’s Different.

Glorifying God in all that I do brings me so much happiness. I hope my work is able to reach & help many.
