Raw Rock is here to overtake you. With Showbread leading the frenzy, there's no doubt it will succeed. "When it comes to our everyday 'slang,' almost all of the words we use we made up, or mocked at first and then couldn't shake," explains guitarist Matt Davis of where the term originated. "Our word for all forms of 'good' is raw. No one ever knew what to say when people asked what style of music we were, so rather than come up with some hyphen-filled moniker, we just started saying 'raw rock' and turned it into our campaign." Their album Age Of Reptiles ramps up this concept a few more notches.

Every album Showbread puts out has a different sound to it. Age of Reptiles is no exception. This album is personally one of my favorites. Stand out tracks for me are Naked Lunch and Pachycephalosaurus .

I was addicted to this cd when i got it! Especially to Oh,Emetaphobia1 and Naked Lunch. This is an amazing cd,definitely my favorite from showbread so far!

This album really surprised me when I bought it. The combination between the duel vocals, the guitars and the synithisizers is really awesome. The lyrics were a little weird at first, but I really enjoy them. I was really surprised at the difference in style from their previous album. While the old one had a great amount of screaming this album had hardly any. Songs like The Jesus Lizard and Naked Lunch were really cool and kind of showed that raw rock style that Showbread is so very good at. I think this is a great album and I can't wait for their next two albums as well.

I bought this album 'cause I saw one of Showbread's videos and fell in love. The first six tracks are the only good ones on the album the others are just weird.

I love this cd, its simply amazing! i cant wait to buy it when i actually have money but my friends have it and i listen on purevolume and stuff. its a great cd! my favorite is Your Owls are Hooting.

This CD is amazing...it is so energetic and fun.
"Oh! Emetophobia!" is so catchy and good, it was stuck in my head ALL SUMMER until I finally bought the CD. The members have such an energy, and of course they love Jesus, so their live show is just as crazy! I would definitely check Showbread out!

I am a huge fan of Showbread. I just recently discovered them and got hooked. I'm not a fun of their old songs that scream, but this cd rocks. The song "George Romero will be at our wedding" is pretty much the greatest song ever! This cd has a lot more good singing than bad screamo. Excellent pick!
