What Are NRTeam Points?
NRTeam Points is a program allowing members of the NRTeam an opportunity to earn virtual points and purchase a number of items that range from CDs, books, shirts, autographed merchandise and more! Does It Cost To Participate?
Like joining the NRTeam, and participating on NewReleaseTuesday.com, earning and spending NRTeam Points is 100% free. All you need is a registered NRTeam account.
What Is The NRTeam Ministry Donations Program?
NRT provides you an opportunity to turn your NRTeam Points into real money donations for ministries and non-profits! 100 NRTeam Points will equal a $1 donation from NRT to the ministry of your choice! A limited amount of funds will be set aside for each charity, but you can donate as much as you want. If you want to donate 1,000 points, which would equal a $10 donation, just change your quantity in the cart to "10." It's that easy!

How Do I View My NRTeam Points Total?
Your NRTeam Profile will track your earnings for you. To view your NRTeam Points, look below your personal photo for the "NRTeam Points" table after logging into your account.
Where Do I Redeem Bonus NRTeam Points
Log into your NRTeam Profile and you will see a box to enter NRTeam Bonus Codes under your NRTeam Point Summary on your NRTeam Profile page.
Codes can be redeemed only once while valid.
What Can I Get With My NRTeam Points?
The NRTeam Point Store will highlight all the items that you can currently purchase with your NRTeam Points. We will continually update the store with new items. All items are on a first come, first serve basis and we have no knowledge of new items in advance or the dates they will be added. Just check back regularly.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping?
All orders within the U.S. always ship free. Please note that as of March 31, 2014, we are no longer accepting international/Canada orders due to the increased costs of international shipping. Click here for more information about this important policy change.
How Do I Purchase Items?
Use our shopping cart system to complete your order. You can add items to your cart and checking out involves completing your full shipping address, contact information as well as your NRTeam username.
Why Am I Receiving A Message That An Item Is No Longer Available When It's Listed On This Page?
Because of the number of orders we receive, our shopping cart tracks our most up to date inventory and will not allow you to order items that are no longer in stock. We attempt to update this page on a regular basis but in some cases, this page may display a few items that are no longer available to order.
When Can I Expect My Items To Arrive?
Orders are shipped twice a month. We monitor orders on a regular basis to ensure our store is updated as much as possible. After you place your order, you will receive an email with your unique order number confirming your items are in stock and your order has been received. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.
When Are Points Deducted From My Account?
Points are removed when the order is packed, not after the order is placed. If points are removed sooner, your order status will be changed to "In Process."
How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
To check the status of your order, enter the Order Number found on your receipt and your Last Name and click Continue.
- Received - Items are in stock and order has been received.
- Processed - NRTeam Points have been removed from your account and items packaged, ready to ship.
- Shipped - Order has been shipped!
We ship USPS First Class so typically tracking numbers are not available for shipments.
