Christian Music News, New Christian Music News Artists are participating in the annual resolution tradition and we've collected a few below.

Michael W. Smith
Smitty keeps it simple. To "live for God" and promosing that "If no one else does, I still will."

Natalie Grant
The powerhouse singer announced a new jewerly item she's made with proceeds going to fight human trafficking. She shared the inspiration behind it. "A few weeks back God gave me these 3 words as my motto for the coming year. ALL THINGS NEW. I knew that message was for me but also knew He was calling me to be a beacon of that message for others."

Brandon Heath
With a new album on the horizon, Brandon encouarges us all to "go out and love the world." That's his goal as well.

Ruslan of Everfound
Ruslan posted a video quoting his band's song, Resolution and shared that his New Year's resolution is to "let go of the grudges that I've held on to these past few years."

Stevan of Abandon
Here's a good one: "Spend less than an hour styling my hairs. I had another resolution but already devoured a pint of Ben and Jerry's...so...Happy New Year!"

Andy Mineo
The Reach Records artist has a new challenge for everyone launching next week. Go to http://www.andymineo.com/ycsm for more details.

Steve Taylor and the Perfect Foil
Steve Taylor, who recently relaunched with his band The Perfect Foil, posted three resolutions for the new year: (1) Record more new music. (2) Book more tour dates. (3) A few more surprises.

Carlos Whittaker
The constant social media guru posts details on his new diet as part of his Crossfit training.

Jamie Jamgochain
A quiet promise that "deep disappointment will be turned to deep JOY!"

KJ-52
The in-shape rapper is encouraging more to put on their gameface and join him in a healthier 2015. He posted, "This is equivalent of slapping a WWE championship belt on and tazing yourself in the belly button. Don't fall for useless shortcuts that don't work.. Real change can happen if you want it! Jan 1st I'll be dropping my 30 days to game-face health challenge on all my social networks. Let's get better together! Also check out kj52fitness.trainerize.com if you personal training and/or weight loss coaching."

Ryan Stevenson
The artist is also encouraging his fans to join him in losing weight in the new year. He shared, "Happy new year! Some of you might know of my weight loss journey! I lost over 120lbs, through diet/exercise. Every new year, lots of folks wanna get in shape, and take control of their health! I would love to encourage and support you in this! For the next 30days, I'll be sharing a daily encouragement; w/ meal & exercise options! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Feel free to share my page, and invite peeps to change their lifestyles today!"

Jeremy Riddle
I've decided I want 2015 to be the year I grow in more discipline. I realize this does not sound very fun or glamorous, but it's not that I love discipline for disciplines sake. I love the fruit of discipline. There are levels of intimacy with God and with people that won't happen without it. There are songs and books that won't be birthed apart from it. Stewardship is essentially disciplined intentionality with the things you've been entrusted with. I have a very full plate of those things and I want to steward well. So here's to the year of discipline! What area of your life do you want to grow in 2015?

And a few artist took the opportunity to pray for their fans and various causes around the world. Kari Jobe is praying that major roadblocks are moved in 2015 and more and more girls are rescued and restored in the battle against human trafficking and Dawn of Fireflight is praying that "this will be a year of renewal and change for the better" and for "hope, inspiration, growth, courage, faith, peace and love."
