The expanded edition, which they have titled
Mmhmm10, is part of their ongoing celebration of the milestone album's tenth anniversary. The band has been touring in celebration (with
Mmhmm-era drummer Dave Douglas back behind the kit), filming and releasing lyric videos from classic favorites such as "
I So Hate Consequences" and "
Be My Escape." The band also re-released
Mmhmm on vinyl.
Mmhmm10 features excerpts from the
Apathetic EP, their cover of "Manic Monday" and some previously hard to find acoustic versions recorded at Capitol in 2007. The band will continue to play anniversary shows (many of which are already sold out) through the end of the week.
