Monday, April 20, 2020 -- A simple, stripped down acoustic set is the backdrop for "Deep Waters," a song that vocalizes an invitation from God to the whole church to come alive again by simply abiding in His presence. According to artist and songwriter Jeremiah Carlson, "This song reflects my church's (The Chapel) journey and the rediscovery of the beauty of revival in a mega-church context."
Jeremiah is excited to launch this song and music video alongside The Chapel and under the Chapel Music label. He and other worship pastors from the 7-campus church in the Chicagoland area have poured their hearts into birthing this label in hopes that it will be a source of songs that directly reflect the image of God and His desires for His people. "Chapel Music is an outworking of telling the story of God's Kingdom breaking into our community," he says, and "we look forward to releasing a lot of new content soon."
About The Chapel:
The Chapel is a non-denominational Christian church welcoming people of all faiths, or of no faith background at all. Our hope is to help people everywhere come alive to God, an idea the Bible describes as revival. Revival is simply when any group of people, anywhere on earth, at any point in time reaches towards heaven in order to experience all of God, in all of them, for all the world.
