NRT Now brings the news, features, and artist interviews you love from Christian music's largest site online to the growing medium of podcasting. The podcast will be published on a bi-weekly basis, with occasional bonus episodes depending on the release schedule. Each episode will feature NRT content along with an artist interview.
"My hope for this podcast is not that it's a news or music report, but a conversation around Christian music," says host, Jake Frederick. "I think Christian music is incredible in that artists not only communicate worship and experiences through their artistry, but there is an extra layer of how God uses that in and through them. I'm excited about what these conversations will hold, and I'm excited to share the stories from our artist guests."
NRT Now is launching with five episodes featuring NRT President Kevin McNeese, Austin French, Ben Calhoun of Citizen Way, KJ-52 and bonus interviews with Crowder, Mac Powell and Switchfoot. Listeners can tune in through iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher or Podbean.
